We freeze some for smoothies and I also have made strawberry jam.
And who wants to put the fuss into a water bath when you know you've got room in your freezer?
Of course, I tweaked the recipe because I like to rebel never have the right ingredients and well I like to use more wholesome ingredients (well usually!).
I have all natural gelatin that I prefer to use over the jello artificial flavored brand.
Besides that I followed the recipe!
(I got the gelatin on Amazon awhile back.)
(Not like I don't love stirring and have the patience for it....)
He likes to eat a peanut butter and strawberry jam (or honey) on homemade bread,
every day
(every day, every day, every day)
for lunch.
I am tired of it just thinking about it.
But I can't complain! It's easy and I am glad he loves it so much!
