It's best to use fresh herbs if possible because the flavor are more vibrant and the finished product looks much more beautiful! Start with a couple cloves of garlic and a handful of oregano.
Measure out the parsley to add to the mix.
Add some onion and place all into a food processor. Zip it until finely chopped but not puréed.

Drizzle in some olive oil and red wine vinegar.
Sprinkle in a few red pepper flakes and stir everything together.
We served it with a steak but the next night put it on chicken and decided it could go with most proteins! It's delicious and fresh! For more specific measurements, we based our recipe on this one.
Of course my handy hottie judge gave this a 5, (he made it after all :)) and so do I!
