This quick recipe is tasty, open to creativity and a hit in most crowds!
My mother in law introduced me to this recipe. Now I prefer to not have salsa rather than eat the store bought kind.
This salsa ruined my taste buds to any other.
I am an even bigger food snob now....fabulous.

I used heirloom tomatoes from our local produce market and they are super tasty for the salsa!
Chop up some onion dc. The amount depends on how much of a kick you want.
Squeeze half a lime on top.
Chopped cilantro is a must in my book. But I hear that either you love or hate cilantro. So if you don't love it, don't add it!
Halfway through making the salsa I remembered I had corn on the cob. So I sliced through that and included it!
Sprinkle some cumin and salt and mix!
Grab a corn chip and taste test!
The tomatoes are a great foundation for any creative salsa lovers! I have opted for minced garlic rather than onion in the past. Black beans sometimes appear in my salsa. Or squeezing lemon instead of lime.
What do you like to add in your salsa to enhance it?
