So I chopped walnuts,
popped clumps of goat's cheese on top
and roasted them until done.
(Ok...a little more than toasted. My hubs claims to like food charred...)

I let it cool for a few minutes.
And then placed them on top of a lettuce and added dried cherries.

It was very tasty!
For my dressing I drizzled olive oil and raw apple cider vinegar.
But my hubs just did regular Italian.
We loved it!
He said it was a 5*****!
